2019 - Basil on the road - Germany - The old Luitpoldbridge & reservoir Niederhausen
The historic sandstone bridge was built by the Bavarian prince regent Luitpold in 1889. The Luitpold bridge separated the Kingdom of Bavaria from Prussia and is today the landmark of the place. Not far away is the reservoir Niederhausen. The weir is an impoundment of the river Nahe.
